One outdoor parking space is included in the lease for the first year.
Tenants will be responsible for all utilities (each unit is individually metered).
The security deposit is one month's rent. The three 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom apartments on the second floor are listed for $1350 a month. The single 1-bedroom / 1-bathroom unit on the main floor is listed for $1150 a month. Security deposit is due at signing of lease.
Each unit will have a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, & dishwasher. Each unit also has its own stacked washer & dryer, water softener, & tankless water heater.
No, but each unit has ample storage.
The building will be wired for high-speed fiber optic internet through TDS. Internet will be at the expense of the tenant.
We allow dogs only. There are size, number and breed restrictions. The fee is $40/month per dog. Please call to discuss specifics.
